"URGENT: SFAD WEEK

anyone of you who can help us, the execom, regarding the SFAD week just feel free to send a message to me.. if ever i am not online here's my cell no. 09219947272.. please state ur name first..
we are in need of the following:

sponsors- we need a lot of them.. the more money we have.. much better.. it will be used for the prizes, printing of the promotional materials, booths etc. as of now.. we only have php 3000.. our target budget would be approximately php 20 000 or more.. if you know a company or someone who's willing to support the FA week as a sponsor send a message to me.. and i'll give you the letter..

promotional material-the SFAD week poster is already okay.. manel did that.. it just needs a few revisions and we're going to let ser chuck check the copy too.. the other promotional materials such as invitations, streamers, banners and other posters (for the battle of the bands contests etc..) are not yet done.. if you have the free time and a helpful heart please contact me asap.. and we will have a meeting probably next week..

booths- if you have something that is related to art (even not related to art) which you want to sell please notify me so that i can give a booth to your group.. (im working on the floor plan.. so this one's an asap too..) examples of such are henna tatoo, photo booth, independent comics booth, t-shirt printing, caricature, you can also sell food..

*these are the current urgent stuff to do.. (don't worry we do all the letters...)
